Yes this is a Heated Mirror. While it doesn't show the OEM etching in the upper corner, it has the exact same wiring and factory connector. If there is a pulse coming from the car, it is going into the mirror. Of course you retain the nuts from the OEM. You retain the door panel too.... ;-)Do your research on the proper installation on your vehicle. For me, I had to remove the entire door panel which starts with the window switch cluster, then bolts, then the press-in plastic mounts, etc... Re-aligning it was a bit of a pain. The entire job was easy, but not as easy as just having to remove the triangular piece in the corner.As far as the product goes, It's perfect.The Good:- Cheap- Fits the vehicle well.- Functions as OEMThe Bad:- The mirror is less rigid than the OEM, seems to have looser folding action.- Does not feature the metal retaining clip around the top mounting post like OEM. Not a huge deal.The Ugly:- You must use the OEM nuts, so don't lose any to the door panel, like I did. This may have just been my stock, but my order did not include replacement nuts. I just replaced my girlfriend's mirror like this a few weeks ago ('06 Civic) and that replacement part had the nuts.Overall, I'm satisfied, but the lack of replacement nuts caught me off guard. Hope this is helpful.I ordered a non GM mirror as my Trailblazer is 12 years old, and I did not want to spend over $100. This came in and it looks remarkably like the original. The only problem I have with it is that the reflection is somewhat distorted. It lands between a normal reflection that you expect on the driver's side and the "OBJECTS ARE CLOSER THAN THEY APPEAR" that you get from the passenger side.Overall it serves the purpose and was easy to install after watching a quick You Tube video. The project only took me about 15 minutes.I've been driving with the driver's side rear view mirror lose from its placement. This purchase allowed me replace it and I no longer need to open the window to adjust. It's a perfect match and easy to install.Love this product. Due to it being so affordable my husband thought they maybe hard to install or may vibrate while driving. However they went on easily and there isn't any vibration while driving. Since it was an easy/affordable fix my husband is no longer upset I hit a mailbox avoiding a bunny lol :)looks nice but there is a lot of play in the mirror housingseems a little cheaply madeJust as expected, fits great on the ol ladies blazergood fit
